Add one frozen banana slice to the blender. Pour milk. Mix until a homogeneous, thick consistency is obtained. Then add strawberries, Greek yogurt and one portion of our Calm Comfort blend. Blend to thoroughly combine all ingredients. Ideally suited as a healthy snack, afternoon tea or lunch.
