EnergyPlus contains amino acids such as taurine, L-glutamine, L-arginine and L-tyrosine, which improve fat burning during physical exercise (while also saving our glycogen stores), increase our endurance and reduce fatigue.

 

EnergyPlus is a supplement that should be used before starting physical exercise and which has the following effects:

  • It improves physical efficiency. Increases the amount of available energy.

  • Extends the time that elapses from the start of exercise until the body is exhausted. It reduces fatigue.

  • Increases fat consumption as a source of energy.

  • Increases the total amount of work done.

  • Increases endurance and lengthens wakefulness.

  • Protects muscle mass in endurance exercises.

  • Promotes hydration before exercise.

Drink one serving for 10-20 minutes before physical exercise.
