The use of vital fiber

Fiber is an obligatory component of a healthy diet. In its natural form we can find it in fruits, vegetables and cereals. Sometimes, however, supplementation is necessary and then it is best to reach for vital fiber of natural origin. Fiber is used in the case of problems with defecation, because it improves intestinal peristalsis. This makes it a great way for stomach problems and effectively prevents many unpleasant ailments, such as hemorrhoids. It is also worth mentioning that fiber inhibits the absorption of heavy metals and toxins, which in the 21st century, unfortunately, is not lacking in both food and air, and also accelerates their removal from the body.

Vital fiber - dosage

Fiber is also a good supplement to the diet of people who are slimming. First of all, because after ingestion it swells in the stomach, making us feel saturated longer.

Vital fiber is best consumed twice a day, before morning and evening meals. 2 or 3 teaspoons of fiber should be poured with a glass of water or juice, let stand for 30 minutes, then drink. When supplementing fiber, be sure to drink plenty of fluids.

The product is not intended for infants and young children. Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients, in cases of intestinal obstruction, abdominal pain, nausea and vomiting.
