Branched chain amino acids (BCAAs) belong to the group of exogenous amino acids and constitute about 35% of the essential amino acids in muscle proteins. Our product contains a high dose of BCAA amino acids (L-leucine, L-isoleucine, L-valine). In addition, the product provides up to 2 grams of L-glutamine in one serving, which is an endogenous amino acid, but also the most abundant amino acid in the human body.
